Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets using SQL and Python to support executive decision-making.
- Design and develop interactive, self-service dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to evaluate the impact of equity options and compensation strategies.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting systems.
- Present data findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear, compelling narrative.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Deep understanding of statistical concepts, data modeling, and warehousing principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
