Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-level security architectures using NIST frameworks
- Lead incident response teams during security breaches and cyber attacks
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments across hybrid environments
- Develop security automation solutions using Python and PowerShell
- Manage SIEM platforms (Splunk/Symantec) and correlate security events
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Maintain compliance with ISO 27001, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS standards
- Mentor junior security analysts and conduct security awareness training
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or OSCP (required)
- Expertise in network security, cloud security (AWS/Azure), and threat intelligence
- Experience with SIEM implementation and threat hunting methodologies
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Knowledge of zero-trust architectures and microsegmentation
