Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust security protocols for equity options trading systems
- Conduct threat modeling and vulnerability assessments for trading platforms
- Monitor and respond to security incidents in real-time using SIEM tools
- Ensure compliance with SEC, FINRA, and PCI-DSS regulations
- Collaborate with trading teams to integrate security into development pipelines
- Lead penetration testing and security audits for options trading infrastructure
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cybersecurity experience in financial services
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) required
- Expertise in options trading systems and market data protocols
- Strong knowledge of FINRA and SEC cybersecurity regulations
- Proficiency in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and threat detection platforms
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and containerized environments
- Ability to obtain FINRA Series 3/4/7 licenses (training provided)
