Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy zero-trust security architectures for equity options trading platforms
- Conduct advanced penetration testing on financial systems and trading APIs
- Lead incident response for complex cyber threats targeting derivative markets
- Develop real-time threat detection systems using SIEM tools and UEBA
- Ensure compliance with FINRA, SEC, and PCI-DSS regulations
- Mentor junior security engineers and establish security best practices
- Collaborate with quant teams to secure algorithmic trading models
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in financial services or fintech
- Certified CISSP, CISM, or OSCP required
- Expertise in securing trading platforms, FIX protocols, and market data feeds
- Advanced knowledge of options pricing models and derivative markets
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and containerized environments
- Strong background in threat intelligence and adversarial TTPs
- Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Finance
