Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain a robust security architecture across cloud and on-premise environments.
- Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
- Lead incident response efforts, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders during security breaches.
- Oversee Identity and Access Management (IAM) protocols and Zero Trust implementations.
- Collaborate with developers to integrate security best practices into the Software Development Lifecycle (DevSecOps).
- Monitor security alerts using SIEM tools (Splunk, Sentinel) and investigate anomalies in real-time.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (NIST, ISO 27001) and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity engineering, incident response, or network security.
- Active certification such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, or GIAC GCIH is required.
- Deep knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, OSI), firewalls, and VPNs.
- Proficiency with SIEM tools and scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
- Experience with cloud security platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure in a high-stakes environment.
