Responsibilities
- Lead incident response efforts and manage security breaches end-to-end.
- Design, implement, and maintain robust network security architectures.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
- Develop and enforce security policies ensuring compliance with SOC 2 and HIPAA.
- Integrate security measures into the DevSecOps pipeline.
- Monitor security alerts and provide 24/7 on-call support for critical incidents.
- Stay abreast of emerging threats and recommend proactive countermeasures.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field; Master's preferred.
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, Security+, or GCIH required.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and firewalls.
- Deep knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure) and Linux environments.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
