Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents and alerts in real-time.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits.
- Implement and maintain firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols.
- Develop and execute security policies and compliance frameworks (SOC2, HIPAA).
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to secure cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Lead incident response drills and provide security training to staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Network Security, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI model, and common network protocols.
- Experience with security tools such as Splunk, FireEye, CrowdStrike, or Palo Alto Networks.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or Security+ are highly preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high-stakes security situations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
