Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust security solutions for on-premise and cloud environments.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and security audits.
- Monitor and analyze security alerts via SIEM tools to identify and neutralize threats in real-time.
- Lead incident response efforts for security breaches and coordinate with legal/compliance teams.
- Enforce enterprise security policies and ensure compliance with industry standards (SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR).
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security measures into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection systems to prevent unauthorized access.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, network security, or information security.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or Security+ are highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of network protocols, operating systems (Linux/Windows), and virtualization.
- Experience with cloud security platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong scripting skills (Python or Bash) for automation and incident response.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
