Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-wide security architecture.
- Conduct deep-dive threat hunting and forensic analysis to identify vulnerabilities before they are exploited.
- Manage and optimize SIEM (Splunk/Sentinel) and SOAR solutions for real-time monitoring.
- Oversee vulnerability management programs and coordinate patch management cycles.
- Lead incident response efforts during security breaches, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Ensure strict compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and internal security policies.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security controls into the CI/CD pipeline.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or a similar role.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or GCIH are strongly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of network protocols, operating systems (Linux/Windows), and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with penetration testing tools (Burp Suite, Metasploit) and secure coding practices.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical risks to executive stakeholders.
