Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection systems using SIEM and EDR platforms
- Lead incident response for complex security breaches and cyber attacks
- Develop zero-trust architecture solutions for cloud and hybrid environments
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on enterprise systems
- Create and maintain security automation scripts using Python and PowerShell
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior engineers on security best practices and compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with proven SOC/IR experience
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security services and cloud-native architecture
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks, CrowdStrike, or Splunk
- Strong knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR compliance
- Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, and security automation tools
