Responsibilities
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across cloud/on-prem networks
- Implement and monitor SIEM solutions for threat detection and response
- Develop incident response protocols and lead breach mitigation activities
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Manage identity/access governance frameworks (RBAC/ABAC)
- Generate executive-level security posture reports and compliance documentation
- Train stakeholders on security best practices and emerging threats
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on incident response experience
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ (required)
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure) and network protocols
- Proficiency in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Experience with compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell) for automation
- Ability to work under pressure with rapid decision-making skills
