Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced security frameworks including zero-trust architecture and cloud-native security solutions
- Lead incident response operations for complex cyber threats including ransomware and APT attacks
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on enterprise systems
- Develop security automation using Python, Ansible, and SIEM platforms
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Maintain compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR standards
- Mentor junior security engineers and drive security awareness initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with focus on threat detection and incident response
- Expert knowledge of AWS/Azure security services and cloud security best practices
- Professional certifications (CISSP, CEH, or OSCP) required
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with security automation tools
- Proven track record in designing and implementing SIEM solutions (Splunk, QRadar)
- Experience with container security (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code
- Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance (sponsibility provided)
