Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Go and gRPC
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS (EKS, Lambda, S3)
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements using Terraform and ArgoCD
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Contribute to open-source projects and tech blog publications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in Go, Python, or similar compiled languages
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and IaC (Terraform)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
