Responsibilities
- Lead Incident Response: Direct and coordinate major security incidents, minimizing downtime and mitigating threats.
- Threat Hunting: Proactively hunt for advanced threats and vulnerabilities within our network and cloud environments.
- Security Architecture: Design and implement secure network architectures and data protection strategies.
- Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Vulnerability Management: Oversee penetration testing and regular security assessments.
Qualifications
- Certification: CISSP, CISM, or Security+ is required.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with SIEM tools (Splunk, Sentinel), firewalls, and IDS/IPS.
- Cloud Security: Experience with AWS or Azure security best practices.
- Communication: Ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
