Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks and languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define feature requirements and architectural specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high system reliability and performance.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
- Proactively identify technical debt and implement strategies for long-term maintainability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least two programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C++).
- Experience with relational databases (SQL) and NoSQL solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
