Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design, implement, and maintain robust security architectures to protect corporate assets against evolving cyber threats.
- Incident Response: Lead the investigation and resolution of security breaches, coordinating with internal teams and external law enforcement when necessary.
- Vulnerability Management: Conduct regular penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and code reviews to identify and remediate security gaps.
- Threat Hunting: Proactively hunt for advanced persistent threats (APTs) and malicious activities within the network environment.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards such as SOC 2, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS, managing audit requirements.
- Security Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the security posture of the entire organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or network engineering.
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH, or Security+ certification is mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP), firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM technologies (e.g., Splunk, QRadar).
- Tools: Proficiency with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) for automation and threat analysis.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
