Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement during the weekend shift.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation to ensure high-quality data integrity.
- Conduct statistical analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Document data processes and methodologies for team knowledge sharing.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
- Must be available to work a weekend shift (e.g., Friday-Monday or Saturday-Sunday).
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
