Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection systems using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response for critical security breaches with 15-minute SLA
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments for enterprise clients
- Develop security automation scripts using Python and Ansible
- Mentor junior engineers on Zero Trust Architecture implementation
- Collaborate with California team on threat intelligence analysis
- Generate executive-level security dashboards and compliance reports
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in SOC/IR roles
- CISSP, CEH, or OSCP certification required
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerized environments
- Hands-on experience with NIST frameworks and GDPR compliance
- Proficiency in network forensics tools (Wireshark, FTK)
- Strong programming skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain within 90 days
