Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust network security frameworks for cloud/on-premise infrastructure
- Lead incident response operations and threat hunting initiatives
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
- Develop security automation tools using Python and PowerShell
- Maintain compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, and SOC 2 standards
- Mentor junior engineers and drive security awareness programs
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for secure CI/CD pipeline implementation
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ in senior roles
- CISSP, CEH, or OSCP certifications required
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security and network segmentation
- Proficiency in SIEM (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Experience with threat intelligence platforms (Mandiant, Recorded Future)
- Strong background in zero-trust architecture implementation
- Track record of building security programs from ground up
- Ability to communicate complex risks to executive stakeholders
