Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts across SIEM platforms during weekend shifts
- Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents with SLA adherence
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Document security incidents and prepare executive reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on threat intelligence
- Implement security controls and best practices
- Participate in weekend on-call rotation for critical incidents
Qualifications
- 3+ years in cybersecurity operations (SOC, incident response)
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification required
- Proficiency in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Experience with threat detection and analysis
- Strong written communication skills for reporting
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Knowledge of NIST frameworks and compliance standards
