Responsibilities
- Design and architect advanced security architectures for cloud and on-premise environments.
- Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
- Monitor security alerts and manage incident response procedures during security breaches.
- Implement and maintain Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions.
- Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, encryption, and identity management.
- Hands-on experience with security tools such as Splunk, FireEye, or CrowdStrike.
- Experience with cloud security platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is highly preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, or GCIH are required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
