Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust security architectures to protect against evolving cyber threats.
- Monitor security systems and conduct real-time analysis to identify and neutralize potential breaches.
- Lead incident response teams during security events, minimizing downtime and data loss.
- Perform regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments on internal and external networks.
- Ensure strict compliance with industry standards such as SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.
- Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or a related field.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or GSEC are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and cloud security (AWS/Azure).
- Proficiency in using SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) and scripting languages (Python, Bash).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
