Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-level security architectures and frameworks
- Lead threat modeling and vulnerability assessments for cloud/on-premise systems
- Develop incident response protocols and disaster recovery strategies
- Mentor junior security engineers and conduct security awareness training
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Stay current with emerging threats and regulatory compliance requirements
- Present security strategies to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with 3+ in architectural roles
- CISSP, CISM, or CCSP certification required
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and zero-trust frameworks
- Proven experience designing security for hybrid/multi-cloud environments
- Strong background in network security, encryption, and IAM solutions
- Experience with security automation tools (Splunk, Palo Alto, CrowdStrike)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
