We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to lead our weekend shift operations in a fully remote environment. As a critical component of our 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC), you will be responsible for protecting our digital assets during high-risk off-hours using advanced threat detection and equity options incentives.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze SIEM alerts, logs, and network traffic to detect potential intrusions during weekend shifts.
- Execute rapid incident response and containment procedures for critical security breaches.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and prioritize patch management during off-hours to reduce risk exposure.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the on-call team during shift handovers to ensure continuous coverage.
- Document all security incidents, forensic analysis, and operational activities in the ticketing system.
- Proactively research emerging threats and update security policies to mitigate weekend-specific risks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SOC, Incident Response, or Network Security.
- Active certifications such as CISSP, CEH, GCIH, or Security+ (CISSP preferred).
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP, OSI Model, and common attack vectors (Phishing, Ransomware, DDoS).
- Strong proficiency in security tools including Splunk, FireEye, or CrowdStrike.
- Proven ability to work rotating weekend schedules and handle high-pressure situations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting to stakeholders.
