As we expand our operations in the DFW area, we are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Analyst to join our elite weekend operations team. This is a critical role responsible for safeguarding our proprietary trading algorithms and data integrity during off-hours.
In this position, you will act as the first line of defense, monitoring our security landscape to prevent intrusions that could disrupt the equity markets. You will work autonomously in a high-performance environment, ensuring our weekend shift operations remain impenetrable.

Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and system logs for equity options platforms 24/7, specifically during weekend shifts.
- Conduct real-time threat analysis and incident response to mitigate security breaches before they impact trading operations.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on internal networks during low-traffic periods.
- Investigate suspicious anomalies in network traffic and user behavior.
- Document incident reports and maintain detailed security logs for regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with the central SOC team to implement patches and security patches on weekends.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as SOC 2 and NIST frameworks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on network security or SOC operations.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, or GIAC GSEC are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of equity options trading platforms and financial data security protocols.
- Experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar).
- Ability to work independently and effectively during weekends and holidays.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- BS in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
