In this pivotal role, you will be the first line of defense against cyber threats, ensuring the integrity of our client's data 365 days a year. We operate 24/7, and our dedicated weekend shift team plays a vital role in maintaining security posture and handling emergent threats outside of standard business hours.

Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and events via SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar).
- Conduct real-time log analysis and forensic investigations for security incidents.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and patch management during off-peak hours.
- Document detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs.
- Collaborate with the 24/7 SOC team on threat hunting and threat intelligence.
- Enforce organizational security policies and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity or SOC operations.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, or GCIH are highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency with SIEM tools and EDR solutions.
- Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for incident reporting.
