Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, product) to define data requirements and deliver high-quality insights.
- Build automated reporting systems to streamline business operations and reporting workflows.
- Perform statistical modeling and forecasting to support strategic planning.
- Mentor junior analysts and ensure data integrity and quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI preferred).
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
