Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents using SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar).
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and risk management reviews.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with NIST and ISO standards.
- Perform threat hunting and log analysis to detect anomalies and potential intrusions.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
- Manage access controls, identity management, and privileged account monitoring.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or network engineering.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, or GCIH are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, and network architecture.
- Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a proactive mindset.
