Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents and alerts in real-time.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits.
- Manage and configure SIEM solutions (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) to enhance threat detection capabilities.
- Implement and maintain security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion prevention systems.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps).
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as HIPAA, GDPR, and NIST.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or Security+ are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network security architecture and incident response procedures.
- Experience with cloud security platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
