Responsibilities
- Lead security incident response, forensic investigations, and threat hunting across hybrid environments
- Design and implement advanced SIEM tuning, IDS/IPS rules, and zero-trust architectures
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and compliance audits (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Mentor junior analysts and develop playbooks for emerging cyber threats
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Present executive-level security dashboards and strategic risk mitigation plans
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in incident response or threat analysis
- CISSP, CISM, or GIAC certification (e.g., GCFA, GCIH) required
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security, Palo Alto Networks, and Splunk
- Hands-on experience with MITRE ATT&CK framework and threat intelligence platforms
- Proven track record in PCI-DSS/HIPAA compliance programs
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical risks to business stakeholders
