Responsibilities
- Lead incident response investigations and threat hunting operations
- Design and implement advanced security controls across cloud/on-premise environments
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop security policies and compliance frameworks
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for secure CI/CD pipeline integration
- Maintain SIEM platforms and generate executive security reports
- Mentor junior analysts and drive security awareness initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity/IT or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ in incident response
- CISSP, CISM, or CEH certification required
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure) and NIST frameworks
- Proficiency in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and scripting (Python)
- Strong understanding of threat intelligence and MITRE ATT&CK
- Experience with GRC platforms and regulatory compliance
