Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide security incident response and threat hunting operations
- Manage SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and orchestrate security automation workflows
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk mitigation planning
- Develop and maintain security documentation, policies, and playbooks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement zero-trust architectures
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement in security operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations, incident response, or threat intelligence
- Expert knowledge of NIST frameworks, CIS benchmarks, and compliance standards
- Professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, OSCP, or GIAC preferred)
- Proficiency in security tools: SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, and network analyzers
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell) for automation and threat analysis
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and containerized environments
- Ability to thrive in remote work environments with strong communication skills
