Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor advanced security controls for cloud/on-premise infrastructure
- Lead incident response investigations and forensic analysis for security breaches
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across enterprise environments
- Develop security automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, or Bash
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Create executive-level security dashboards and compliance documentation
- Mentor junior analysts and lead security awareness training initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in SOC or threat detection roles
- CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Expertise in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Strong knowledge of NIST frameworks, ISO 27001, and GDPR compliance
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container security
- Proficiency in scripting languages for security automation
- Ability to obtain Secret clearance (US citizenship required)
