Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts and incidents to ensure rapid response and mitigation.
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive security architecture and protocols.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses.
- Enforce compliance with internal policies and external regulations (NIST, HIPAA, GDPR).
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps).
- Manage the SIEM environment and automate threat detection workflows.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security analysis.
- Active CISSP, CISM, or Security+ certification is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of network security, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
- Experience with incident response frameworks and disaster recovery planning.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be willing to undergo a thorough background investigation and drug screening.
