As a Senior Analyst, you will be the guardian of our organization's digital assets, defending against sophisticated threats while leading initiatives to modernize our security infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents across the enterprise environment.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential security weaknesses.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with industry standards (NIST, ISO).
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate security measures into the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps).
- Manage and configure security tools including SIEM, Firewalls, and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) systems.
- Lead incident response drills and coordinate with law enforcement if required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or a related field.
- Active CISSP, CEH, or Security+ certification is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of networking protocols, operating systems, and cloud security (AWS/Azure).
- Strong experience with SIEM technologies (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) and threat intelligence platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
