Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents in real-time.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
- Implement and maintain security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
- Lead incident response planning and execution for potential cyber threats.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Develop and deliver security awareness training for employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Certification such as CISSP, CISM, or Security+ is highly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, SOC analysis, or network security.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VPNs, and network architecture.
- Proficiency in security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, Firewalls).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
