Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust security architectures to protect enterprise systems
- Lead incident response activities and conduct post-breach forensic analysis
- Monitor SIEM platforms for threat detection and coordinate mitigation efforts
- Develop security policies and ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into development lifecycles
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing exercises
- Mentor junior security professionals and drive security awareness programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with focus on threat analysis and incident response
- CISSP, CEH, or GIAC certification (required)
- Expertise in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar), firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet), and IDS/IPS systems
- Proven experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and network segmentation strategies
- Strong knowledge of attack vectors, malware analysis, and zero-trust architecture
- Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance (required)
