Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to uncover actionable business insights
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder presentations
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to enhance data accessibility and accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing/sales teams to support data-driven decision-making
- Document methodologies and ensure data quality standards are maintained
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and data visualization skills
- Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical insights to non-technical audiences
- Remote work experience and self-discipline for independent tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
