Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security threats using SIEM tools and threat intelligence platforms
- Lead incident response protocols for security breaches and cyber attacks
- Develop and implement advanced security controls for cloud and on-premises infrastructure
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across enterprise systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with NIST and ISO standards
- Document security policies and procedures for audit and regulatory requirements
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to security awareness training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations or threat analysis
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or GIAC (e.g., GCIH, GCFA) required
- Expertise in network security, endpoint protection, and cloud security frameworks
- Proficiency with security tools: Splunk, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Networks, AWS/Azure security services
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, and network architectures
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure during incidents
