Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Python/Go
- Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS/GCP with Kubernetes orchestration
- Lead API development ensuring robust security and scalability
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Optimize system performance using advanced profiling and monitoring tools
- Drive CI/CD pipeline improvements using Jenkins/GitLab CI
- Contribute to technical strategy and roadmap planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years building production-grade distributed systems
- Expertise in Python, Go, or Java with cloud deployment experience
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven design
- Proficiency with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB)
- Track record of shipping scalable features at high-growth companies
