We are urgently seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to join our elite Security Operations Center (SOC). This is a critical role requiring a dedicated Night Shift professional to monitor, detect, and respond to threats 24/7. Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and events on a 24/7 Night Shift rotation to detect and neutralize cyber threats in real-time.
- Investigate suspicious activities and conduct forensic analysis of compromised systems.
- Manage and configure SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) to ensure continuous visibility into network traffic.
- Collaborate with the Incident Response team to contain breaches and restore services quickly.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and patch management to strengthen our defense posture.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, preferably within a SOC environment.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or GCIH are highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively during Night Shift hours.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
- Willingness to relocate from New York, NY to North Carolina (Relocation Assistance provided).
