Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate incident response efforts for security breaches and cyber-attacks.
- Conduct advanced vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
- Monitor security alerts using SIEM tools and manage the threat detection workflow.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory frameworks (SOC2, HIPAA, NIST).
- Develop and implement security policies and best practices across the organization.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to secure cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are required.
- Deep knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and endpoint security.
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of cloud security architectures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting findings.
