What You'll Do: Lead threat hunting operations, architect zero-trust solutions, and mentor junior analysts. Collaborate with federal and private sector clients to implement advanced security frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive threat hunting and incident response for enterprise environments
- Design and implement zero-trust network architectures (ZTNA)
- Lead security assessments and penetration testing for CMMC compliance
- Develop automation scripts for SIEM enrichment and threat detection
- Mentor junior analysts and document security procedures
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for secure CI/CD pipeline integration
- Report security metrics to executive stakeholders and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with focus on threat detection
- Certified CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+
- Expertise in MITRE ATT&CK framework and threat intelligence platforms
- Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure security services and Palo Alto firewalls
- Experience with NIST 800-53 and CMMC compliance frameworks
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance (or active clearance preferred)
