We are looking for a visionary security professional to lead our threat detection and incident response efforts.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents in real-time using SIEM tools like Splunk and Sentinel.
- Conduct thorough vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST).
- Lead forensic investigations into security breaches and prepare detailed incident reports.
- Collaborate with IT teams to secure network infrastructure, cloud environments, and applications.
- Conduct security awareness training for employees and stakeholders.
- Manage third-party security vendors and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, SOC operations, or network security.
- Certification: CISSP, CISM, or CEH required.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI model, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs.
- Experience with incident response methodologies and forensic analysis tools.
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) for automation tasks.
- Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
