Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection systems for cloud/on-premise environments
- Lead incident response teams during security breaches and cyber-attacks
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for enterprise networks
- Develop comprehensive security documentation and compliance frameworks
- Mentor junior analysts and optimize security automation workflows
- Collaborate with engineering teams on secure DevOps practices
- Monitor emerging threats and recommend mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with CISSP/CISM/GSEC certifications
- Expertise in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Hands-on experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) architecture
- Strong understanding of NIST frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Proven track record in incident response and threat hunting
- Scripting skills (Python, PowerShell) for automation
- Active TS/SCI clearance preferred
