Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage advanced security infrastructure including SIEM, EDR, and network segmentation
- Lead 24/7 incident response operations for critical security events and major breaches
- Conduct proactive threat hunting using MITRE ATT&CK framework and emerging intelligence
- Develop and maintain comprehensive security documentation, policies, and playbooks
- Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams on security initiatives
- Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and industry-specific regulations
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in incident response or threat analysis roles
- Expert-level knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure), network architecture, and endpoint protection
- Certifications required: CISSP, GIAC (GCIH/GCS preferred)
- Proven experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell) and automation experience
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations with minimal supervision
