Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct incident response investigations and threat hunting activities
- Develop and maintain security documentation (policies, procedures, playbooks)
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls and best practices
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Lead security awareness training for employees
- Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cybersecurity experience with 3+ years in threat detection/analysis
- CISSP, CEH, or CISM certification required
- Expertise in network security, firewalls, and endpoint protection
- Strong experience with SIEM tools and incident response protocols
- Knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure) and container security
- Experience with vulnerability scanning tools (Nessus, Qualys)
