Responsibilities
- Lead 24/7 security operations center (SOC) monitoring and threat detection using SIEM platforms
- Conduct forensic investigations and incident response for complex security breaches
- Develop and implement zero-trust architecture solutions for enterprise environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into DevOps pipelines
- Generate executive-level security reports and risk mitigation roadmaps
- Manage vulnerability assessments and penetration testing initiatives
- Maintain compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR frameworks
- Train junior analysts on emerging threat vectors and defense techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with proven SOC/Incident Response experience
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or GIAC required (e.g., GCIH, GCFA)
- Expertise in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell) for automation tasks
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and containerized environments
- Deep knowledge of threat intelligence frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK)
- Ability to work rotating shifts in 24/7 operational environment
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder presentations
