Join InnovateData Analytics as a Senior Data Analyst and transform raw data into actionable business intelligence. We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to drive data-driven decision-making across our retail and logistics divisions. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work 3 days per week from our Atlanta office while collaborating with a dynamic team of data scientists and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in customer behavior
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Create predictive models to forecast sales and optimize inventory allocation
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Implement data quality checks and maintain robust ETL pipelines
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data visualization and statistical analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Expert knowledge of statistical analysis and experimental design
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings into strategic recommendations
- Certification in Tableau or equivalent data visualization platform preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical stakeholders
