Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM tools (Splunk/Symantec)
- Conduct threat hunting and incident response for APT attacks
- Develop and maintain security playbooks for zero-day vulnerabilities
- Lead penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with SOC team on MITRE ATT&CK framework implementation
- Generate executive-level threat intelligence reports
- Maintain NIST 800-53 compliance documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity analysis with SOC experience
- CISSP, CEH, or Security+ certification required
- Expertise in Windows/Linux forensics and network protocols
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks or Cisco Firepower
- Knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure) and containerized environments
- Strong scripting abilities (Python/Bash)
- Active TS/SCI clearance preferred
- Bachelor's in Cybersecurity or equivalent experience
